100% merino wool fabric extra smooth

It is very similar wool (when it comes to the general feeling = touch, weight, finish) to WTV collection with this difference that here fabric is woven from 100 % merino wool (and not recycled wool), having much longer precisely spun higher quality fibres.
This makes the fabric softer, smoother and not pilling almost at all.
It will be especially appreciated by cloaks, coats, jackets and uniform makers.

Merino wool medium super smooth fabric is lightweight and breathable, making it ideal for all seasons. It’s also highly durable, making it a great choice for activewear like hiking pants. Light coat fabric will also work well in sewing autumn and spring coats, uniforms and warmer sweatshirts, for example anorak. Clothes made of this wool are perfect as survival and buscraft clothes. Merino wool fabric is hypoallergenic and odor-resistant.

What is merino wool fabric?

Merino wool fabric is a type of material that is made from the wool of Merino sheep. The Merino breed originated in Asia, in XII century they got to Spain from they were imported to all Europe. They was bred to produce fine-quality wool, which has been used for centuries to make clothing and other fabrics. They were distinguished by the lack of outer (stiff) hair, which makes the merino fabric much more delicate and pleasant to the touch.

Uses for Merino Wool Fabric

Merino wool fabric is extremely versatile, and can be used in a variety of ways. Some of the most common uses for merino wool are:

outerwear - merino wool fabrics are great for outerwear because they're lightweight, breathable and warm. They also have natural protection that helps protect you from sunburns when you're outside all day long!
athletic wear - if you're an athlete who needs to stay warm while also being able to move freely then merino wool athletic clothing is perfect for you! It's designed specifically with athletes in mind so that they can stay comfortable while still being able to perform at their best level possible on game day or practice day (or both!).
base layers - merino wool base layers are ideal for anyone who spends lots of time outdoors during cold weather seasons because these types of garments trap heat close to your body rather than letting it escape through other materials like cotton does--which means less sweating too!

What is merino wool medium super smooth?

Light coat cloth is a type of fabric with low grammage in a twill weave, slightly fulled. It can be used to make coats, jackets and other outerwear garments that are lightweight, breathable and stylish.

The WSF wool is of the same type as the WTV wool from our collection: they have an identical grammage and weave. The difference is that WTV wool comes from recycling (which can be mixed with up to 5% of other fibers), while WSF is 100% merino wool, which has long, soft fibers. It is softer to the touch, has cleaner, more uniform colors (WTV is characterized by a delicate mélange) and does not tend to pill.
